The thickness of the natural ceramic is unlike any other in the market — with a glass hardened surface able to withstand high heat cooking with unprecedented food release and high abrasion resistance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The non-stick feature disappeared within 3-months I bought this twin pack less than 6-months ago, the larger frypan still has some non-stick quality remaining but the smaller frypan does not! Anything I cook in the small frypan burns and turns into a scramble. They have never been in the dishwasher, only hand washed and I have taken good care of them. Google this product on the internet before purchase as others have found the same
