Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality, performance and appeal We bought this 24cm French Skillet 4 months ago at David Jones. This pan has by far exceeded our expectations. It is used nearly every day for a variety of cooking. Check out all the inspired meals this skillet has helped me to cook. It still looks like it has just been purchased. The quality of this skillet ensures an even cooking surface and consistent heat. Living permanently on the road in our caravan there's limited space and this lightweight but strong skillet is one pan I would not be without. Waiting for Essteele to release a 20cm stir fry wok in this range as it would be a perfect accompaniment to this skillet for my small kitchen. Love love love this ceramic skillet and can't speak highly enough of it. Thanks Essteele

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Product We purchased this frypan about a year ago. At first we were a bit concerned about the ceramic surface scratching or staining. However, after a year of really heavy use, it's still going really strong. We only use on low-medium heat, which is all you need because the heat distribution is so good that it heats really evenly and efficiently so you really don't neet a higher flame. Between that and washing only with a non-abrasive sponge it's remaining in mint condition and given great service. We ordered online and the product was delivered the next day, so really couldn't be happier. If you care for this pan, it will give you great service.
